# Tnaash - delivery gap analysis against the MBC-style benchmark

This comparison uses the earlier MBC agreement benchmark already extracted in-session:

- video master container accepted: **MXF only**
- defined profiles: `MXF/XDCAM HD422 1080i/25` or `MXF/XAVC 2160p/25` / `2160p/50`
- separate timecode track required
- subtitles accepted separately as `.SRT` (preferred) or `.STL`
- delivery package benchmark from adjacent licensing email: feature, trailer, layered poster, promotional stills, subtitle files

## Current status

| Requirement | Status | What is visible now |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Feature master | Missing | No feature file is visible in the shared folder |
| MXF container | Missing | No `.mxf` files are visible anywhere in the package |
| Trailer asset | Present, but not compliant | Trailer is present as `MP4`, not `MXF` |
| Scene extract | Present, but not compliant | One scene extract is present as `MP4` |
| Separate subtitle files | Missing | No visible `.srt` or `.stl` files |
| Layered poster source | Missing | Posters are visible as `PNG`; no `PSD` or layered source art is visible |
| Promotional stills | Strong | 13 film stills plus 28 BTS images provide a usable editorial image pool |
| Press / synopsis / bio | Present | English + Arabic press release, synopsis package, director bio |
| Technical sheet | Present | One technical sheet docx |
| Festival / award badges | Present | 9 visible files |
| Scripts for dubbing or subtitling | Missing | None visible |
| Master audio delivery package | Missing | No delivery audio or master specs package visible |
| Delivery mechanism / FTP pack | Missing | No visible delivery instructions or credentials in this folder |

## Bottom line

The folder is **sales-ready** and **editorially useful**, but it is **not yet platform-master ready** against the MBC-style benchmark.

## Practical reading

What is ready now:

- acquisitions review
- programming / curation review
- editorial / merchandising setup
- publicity outreach
- partner previews and scene selection

What still needs to be assembled for a stricter delivery package:

- feature master in `MXF`
- separate subtitle files
- layered poster source art
- confirmed delivery audio configuration
- any scripts requested for dubbing / subtitle creation
