# Forsa subtitle restoration workbench

This repository contains iterative subtitle-removal and restoration experiments for the `al-Forsa` source master at:

- `/home/mnm/.workspace-mcp/attachments/Best of al-Forsa-Mo_a226afcd.mp4`

## Current validated rebuild

The current correctly rebuilt deliverables are in `work/run_041/`:

- `forsa_final_on_v2_lossless.mkv`
- `forsa_final_on_v2_streamable.mp4`
- `final_manifest.json`

These were built by applying the `run_036` hard-span replacement frames onto `work/final/forsa_clean_final_v2_lossless.mkv`, then restoring original audio.
