Hi Zach,

Apologies for the very delayed reply on this — Heavyweight slipped through the cracks and I'm only now giving it the proper look it deserved.

I've watched the screener and the film is strong. The locker-room concept, Bolger's performance, and having Jason Isaacs in the mix give it real commercial weight. The Raindance opening and the BUFF Best UK Feature win tell us the critical response is there too.

We're actively building out the Cinemoz catalogue for MENA and this could be a very good fit — boxing plays well across the Gulf and Levant, and a film this tightly crafted feels right for a premium platform placement.

Before we can go much further I need a few things from your end:

1. Is MENA digital still available? (Specifically the GCC + Levant + North Africa bundle — SVOD, TVOD, AVOD.)
2. What are the rights types you're offering internationally — digital only, or theatrical as well?
3. What's the MG ballpark and deal structure you're working with?
4. Can you send over the EPK, one-sheet, and trailer if available?
5. What's the delivery timeline once a deal is in place — and do you have Arabic subtitles ready, or would that be on us?
6. Where are you on the rest of the international territory map — any other deals closed or in negotiation?

The UK theatrical launch in January is good timing. Would be good to move on MENA before the profile peaks off the theatrical run.
