Hope you're doing well!

I'm putting together all the Dead Dog materials we have on file. We've started building the pitch deck and assets for theaters, release strategy, and marketing campaigns, so I wanted to take stock of what we have and what we'll still need.

Here's what I've gathered so far and what we're missing:

**What I have:**
- Film deck (Feb 2025 version from Carol)
- Vimeo screener link + password
- Subtitles (English + French)  
- YouTube trailer
- Soundtrack on Spotify (Love Over the Phone + full album)
- Press coverage (Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Deadline, Al Arab, Asharq Al-Awsat)
- A few stills and poster from MAD's website

**What I still need:**

Master files:
- Master file (4:4:4) in case we need to redo DCP
- Arabic subtitles

Visual assets:
- High-res production stills (10-15+, print-ready)
- Poster files (horizontal + vertical)
- Behind-the-scenes photos
- Your headshot and bio
- Cast headshots and bios (Chirine, Nida)
- Festival laurels
- Photos from Cairo screening/Q&A if any

Documents:
- Press release (English)
- Press release (Arabic)  
- Director's statement

Music:
- Confirmation Spotify tracks cleared for marketing
- OST promotion plans

Also, is there an updated film deck beyond Feb 2025? And should I coordinate with MAD on any of this or work through you?
