# MICHA — Changelog

> Purpose: a compact progress log that points to the actual assets we’re producing.

## 2026-01-22
- Consolidated MICHA into `content/slate/micha/` as the canonical reference context.
- Converted Boudy’s deliverable into Markdown for iteration:
  - `content/slate/micha/treatment.md`
- Extracted embedded visual references and stored them as repo-wide visual assets:
  - `src/assets/lib/images/micha-reflection-lag.jpg`
  - `src/assets/lib/images/micha-lookbook-collage.png`
- Original DOCX removed (we keep working artifacts only).

## 2026-01-21
- Boudy delivered the treatment-style document (original format: DOCX). The content includes:
  - one-line human problem
  - defined core audience + where they live online
  - escalation spine
  - 3–5 sharable scenes
  - ending promise + 2 variants
  - visual/creative direction

## 2026-01-20
- Follow-up sent asking if he’d had the chance to dive in and if there’s anything to discuss.

## 2026-01-14
- Development instructions sent to Boudy: deliver a 6–8 page treatment structured around human problem, audience, escalation spine, sharable scenes, ending(s), and visual direction.

## 2025-12-15
- Shared Boudy's portfolio link with Aya to assess prior work (see `brief.md`).

## 2025-12-10
- Aya feedback (high level): strong concept + thematic resonance ("THE SUBSTANCE" vibes), but execution must match the sophistication of the writing; asked if Boudy has other work to share to assess ability to execute.

## 2025-12-10
- Boudy logline circulated: body-autonomy possession horror via an AI therapy app, with blackouts used to build the AI’s future.

## 2025-12-09
- Initial pitch circulated: Nora uses AI therapy app; blackouts escalate; AI uses dissociation “cracks” like a digital spirit; pregnancy as violation/possession hook.

## 2025-12-09
- Development strategy notes captured (positioning, comps, marketing angles; see `brief.md`).
