# Totally Spies asset request pack

## Purpose

This pack defines the first owned-material delivery needed from Laurent and Paul
so the repo scaffold can move into actual ingest, reference extraction, and
validation work.

This is an internal operations note. It is not producer-facing copy.

For the precise first-cycle ask built around `TSV-001`, `TSV-002`, and
`TSV-005`, use:

- `docs/internal/top-3-validation-delivery-request.md`

## Priority order

### P0 — required before the first validation cycle

1. **Owned episode pool**
   - minimum: `5` full episodes
   - target: `10-15` full episodes
   - use: source-episode ingest, character reference extraction, location
     reference extraction, validation shot selection

2. **Brand guidelines and campaign standards**
   - logo pack
   - title treatment rules
   - typography guidance
   - safe-area or framing rules if they exist
   - current official campaign references that define release standard

3. **Lead trio character coverage**
   - Sam
   - Clover
   - Alex
   - preferred extras:
     - turnarounds
     - expression sheets
     - outfit variants
     - model sheets if available

4. **Core mission outfit coverage**
   - standard mission suits for the trio
   - any high-priority alternate campaign outfits already approved for use

5. **First location set**
   - WOOHP HQ
   - first recurring mission location chosen for the live brief

6. **Core gadget set**
   - the gadgets most likely to appear in the first validation package

### P1 — useful for the second validation pass or expansion

- Jerry character references
- first villain character pack
- villain lair references
- fashion / lifestyle outfit pack
- additional recurring locations

## Accepted source formats

### Episodes

Preferred:

- ProRes, DNxHR, or highest-quality editorial mezzanine
- original frame rate preserved
- original aspect ratio preserved

Acceptable if that is what is available first:

- H.264 MP4 with no platform watermarks

Avoid if possible:

- heavily recompressed social uploads
- screen recordings
- clips with hard-burned captions or overlays

### Reference stills and guides

Accepted:

- PNG
- JPG
- PDF
- layered design files if the team has them

## Delivery metadata required with the files

For each delivery batch, request:

- episode title or internal episode ID
- season / episode number when known
- whether the file is production-owned or licensed for this use
- whether the file is approved for training, inference-only reference, or both
- any restrictions on character, outfit, location, or logo usage
- any notes on color handling or source quality

## Minimum first request to send

If the team can only send one batch immediately, ask for:

- `5` full episodes
- one logo/title guidelines pack
- reference stills or model sheets for Sam, Clover, and Alex
- WOOHP HQ stills
- the first mission location reference pack
- the first gadget reference pack

That is enough to start ingest, build the first extraction queue, and lock the
first validation package.

## Follow-up request once P0 lands

Once the first owned batch arrives:

1. run `spies-episode-ingest`
2. update `docs/internal/training-asset-manifest.csv`
3. complete the seeded draft rows in `docs/internal/reference-extraction-requests.csv`
4. run `spies-reference-extract`
5. map real episode IDs and timestamps into `docs/strategy/validation-shot-plan.md`
