# Internal benchmark review

## Scope

This note summarizes the active internal review material for Laurent's sample
videos. It is not for external circulation.

Reviewed source videos:

- `/home/mnm/sync/totally-spies/laurent_whatsapp_totally_spies/2026-03-26_test-video.mp4`

Historical note:

- the March 27 follow-up clip was reviewed and classified as a weak, low-bar
  sample
- it is not retained in the active repo materials because it is not part of the
  current benchmark stack

## March 26 test clip

Technical profile:

- H.264
- 1024x576
- 24 fps
- 34.58 seconds
- 830 frames
- about 6.23 MB

Verdict:

- mixed benchmark, leaning weak
- clearly stronger than the March 27 clip
- contains strong beauty-test frames and better trio staging
- does not prove production-safe controllability

Visible issues noted during review:

- identity and anatomy drift during action inserts
- prop lock failure around the branded box motif
- prompt / brand leakage
- broken scene geography in the second half

Implication for proposal framing:

- affects benchmark language more than price
- supports an external value proposition centered on controllability,
editability, validation coverage, and owned-asset consistency
- supports keeping the explicit critique internal
