# Monthly content system

## Working shot taxonomy

The current working shot taxonomy for this project is:

- trio-led setup shot
- gadget or prop reveal
- location or HQ beauty shot
- villain or problem beat
- fashion or suit beat
- hero or dialogue closeup
- short platform-specific cutdown

## Monthly output model

At the upper end of the retainer, the monthly package is structured as:

- one anchor promo cut or hero spot
- 3 to 6 platform cutdowns built from the same approved shot families
- a bank of short modular beats that editorial can reuse across broadcaster,
  social, and campaign versions

This keeps the system modular and lets editorial recombine strong approved
beats instead of rebuilding each campaign from scratch.

## Validation package

Before recurring monthly work starts, the validation package should test:

- one trio-led setup shot
- one gadget or prop reveal
- one HQ or location beauty shot
- one villain or problem beat
- one hero or dialogue closeup if required by the brief

The validation package exists to prove:

- character fidelity
- location fidelity
- prop continuity
- editability
- finishing load by shot family

## Campaign inputs

For each campaign, the client team provides:

- brief, platform, aspect ratio, duration, and call to action
- shot map in short editorial units
- approved references for each shot family
- recorded dialogue when needed
- deliverable priority order

## Execution model

1. Break the brief into shot families.
2. Approve a reference package for each family.
3. Generate variations in batches inside each family.
4. Select the strongest takes.
5. Push extra finishing only onto hero shots.
6. Assemble the anchor cut first.
7. Spin out shorter platform versions from the approved bank.
8. Return approved takes, metadata, and retake paths in an organized package.
