==Biography==
A high-tech genius and friend of the spies, he is responsible for distributing the new gadgets to them. He also maintains their gadgets after their use in missions. He has some eccentricities and is a big problem solver.

==Physical Appearance==
Toby is a slim, dark-skinned boy with short black hair. He wears a white T-shirt with a red collar under a blue hoodie with a white interior, dark blue skinny jeans, and blue, white and red sneakers. His right hand up to his forearm is bionic with a dark blue finish which can be easily removed.
