Shmagi is a former [[WOOHP]] agent and a new villain introduced in [[Season 7]] of "[[Totally Spies!]]", appearing as the main villain of the episode "[[Over-Simulated]]".

==Biography==
Shmagi used to be a top field agent, like [[Samantha|Sam]], [[Clover]] and [[Alexandra|Alex]]. He was also a great engineer, he even invented a gadget: the [[Ultra Fluff and Tickle Cotton Balls]]; a tickle machine with cotton ball that would be used to tickle enemies to have them confess something. But Shmagi eventually stopped focusing on his spies duties, preferring instead to mess around and play with his tickle gadget. Because of this behavior, [[Jerry Lewis|Jerry]] revoked Shmagi's position of field agent and reassigned him to spy education. This caused Shmagi to hate Jerry, he also started hating fluffy things.

In "[[Over-Simulated]]" Shmagi was put in charge of WOOHP World's annual training test in the Simulation Dome. As part of his revenge plan, Shmagi sabotaged the tests by creating missions that were impossible for anyone to complete to make every agent fail; he also installed memory swooper microships in the [[Augmented Reality Glasses]] to slowly drain the brains of the agents who get 0 points in the simulator, so there would no more field agents and Zerlina would have to promote him back. But Sam, Clover, and Alex managed to defeat him with the assistance of Zerlina and Toby. 

He was later sent to WHOOP space [[Prison]] where in "[[Locked in Space]]" he is seen again in it's cafeteria.

==Personality==
At first, Shmagi seemed like a professional agent. He also showed to have very high standards when it comes to the training, as his challenges showed to be very difficult and occur when the spies least expected. Later it was revealed that it was all part of his plan to have all field agents failing the test so he would be the only agent left, showing his egotistical and self-centered persona. Shmagi is also hateful and vengeful, having hold a grudge against Jerry for demoting his career, although it was Shmagi's own fault. Also, he developed a trauma over anything that is fluffy, when something fluffy touches him, he gets scared.
